Enhancing Parks and Recreation Programs through Human-Centered Design
May 16 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Parks and Recreation aims to create spaces, events, and services that positively impact the community. While we often collect feedback through surveys, there are many more ways we can enhance the way we design programs and experiences to truly meet the needs of our visitors. This interactive session, led by Rebecca Blakiston, Senior Service Designer at MO Studio, will introduce human-centered design principles and practical methods to improve the services we provide.
Location is TBD, but the workshop will be held in person in Tucson, Arizona.
