Our content should help users quickly and easily complete tasks and get the answers to their questions on the first try. \nYou’ll learn how to focus on key messages\, use active and authentic voice\, remove unnecessary words\, write meaningful titles and headings\, use parallelism\, format text for readability\, and more. \nThis is a third iteration of a workshop originally presented in August 2018 and presented again in March 2019.
